Albino Paparella of West Babylon, NY passed away suddenly at St. Francis hospital on October 26, 2020 at the age of 85. Al was predeceased by his parents, Columba and Anthony Paparella and brother Renaldo Paparella. He was survived by his wife Judith, brother Dino, sister-in-law Susan, son Angelo, daughter-in-law Carmen, son Anthony, daughter Paulette and son-in-law Joe; along with 7 grandchildren: Blake, Brittany, Nic, Vito, Frankie, Melissa, Ryan, Joseph, Jamie, Steven and Amanda. He was also blessed with 6 great-grandchildren: Vinci, Nuala, Ry-Ry, Matthew, Logan, Vincent. Al was blessed with over 61 years of marriage to Judith Ann Theodore Paparella.

He was a graduate of Union Endicott High School and Colgate University. He was a caring football coach, teacher and guidance counselor for Lindenhurst Public Schools. Al enjoyed the work he did for the Town of Babylon Youth Program and worked with at-risk students. Most of all, Al was a compassionate husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and friend. He enjoyed spending time with hisfamily. “Everyone loved Al” is a common phrase we often hear. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
